We are still finalizing some policies as Piney Point moves into its next season. Reservation-specific requirements will always be confirmed directly with you before your stay.

Lodging

Stay requirements may vary by accommodation, season and holidays.
Occupancy limits include children of every age.
Rates, minimum stays, deposits, cancellation terms and check-in details will be confirmed when reserving.
Please contact us if your group has accessibility needs or requires a particular lodging setup.

Pets

Pets are welcome at Piney Point. Please tell us about every pet when reserving so we can help you choose the best lodging.
Dogs must remain leashed whenever they are outside.
Owners are responsible for promptly picking up and properly disposing of pet waste.
Guests are responsible for their pets, including behavior, noise and any damage.

Pontoon, boat & kayak rentals

Pontoon and boat rentals and fishing kayaks are offered subject to availability, weather and lake conditions.
Rental eligibility, safety requirements, deposits, operating areas and return times will be reviewed before departure.
Every operator and passenger must follow resort instructions and all applicable Tennessee boating laws.
Final rental terms and pricing will be provided when the fleet and reservation system are ready.

Waterfront & docks

Uncovered guest dock space is available for registered guests; covered slips may require an additional fee.
Children must be closely supervised around the lake, docks, beach and swimming area.
Life jackets should be worn whenever appropriate and are required where Tennessee law applies.
Dock, swimming and rental availability may change with weather, water levels and maintenance needs.
